National Key Account Manager

National Key Account Manager to be based in Karachi for a FMCG. An ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 10+ years of FMCG sales, trade marketing, distribution, and category management experience.

National Key Account Manager will lead National Key Accounts and Modern Trade across Pakistan, drive sales and profitability, manage strategic customer relationships, and deliver business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies for National Key Accounts / Modern Trade and drive sales, revenue, distribution, profitability, and growth.
• Manage strategic relationships with major retail chains and key customers across Pakistan.
• Lead annual negotiations, joint business planning, promotions, trade agreements, and commercial initiatives.
• Monitor sales, market trends, competitor activity, customer performance, and category growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategies to increase market share and customer value.
• Drive trade marketing, category management, assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams to achieve business objectives.
• Prepare business reviews, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG / Personal Care.
• Strong experience in National Key Accounts / Modern Trade and major retail chains.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good understanding of FMCG sales, trade marketing, distribution, and category management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong commercial ownership.
