Key Account Manager

Key Account Manager to be based in Karachi, Hyderabad, or surrounding areas for a leading FMCG/Personal Care company. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of FMCG sales experience, including 2+ years in Key Account Management/Modern Trade.

Key Account Manager will manage key accounts across the South region, drive sales and distribution growth, negotiate commercial agreements, ensure product availability, and build strong customer relationships to achieve business targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned key accounts across the South region.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Negotiate annual trade agreements, promotions, and commercial terms.
• Ensure product listing, visibility, merchandising, and stock availability.
• Prepare sales forecasts and coordinate with Supply Chain for timely replenishment.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Execute promotional campaigns and evaluate ROI.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, supply chain, and merchandising teams.
• Prepare sales, collection, and performance reports.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing and potential key accounts.
