Deputy Manager-Research Analyst

Deputy Manager – Research Analyst to be based in Karachi for a leading steel manufacturing company. An ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Analytics with 4–8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial finance. CA, ACCA, CFA, or MBA Finance is preferred, with strong expertise in financial analysis, costing, pricing, Excel, Oracle ERP, and BI tools.

Deputy Manager – Research Analyst will analyze financial and operational performance, evaluate costs, pricing and profitability, and provide strategic insights to support business growth and decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, operational KPIs, and inventory performance.
• Evaluate sales performance, customer profitability, pricing, and margins.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis to support business strategy.
• Develop business cases, scenario analysis, and strategic recommendations.
• Create dashboards and automate reporting using Oracle ERP and BI tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Analytics.
• Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CFA, or MBA Finance) preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial finance.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, costing, pricing, Excel, Oracle ERP, and BI tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
