Job Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results

Marketing:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our products/services
• Manage social media presence and create engaging content
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

Customer Services:

• Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Build strong relationships with clients to drive business growth

Event Management:

• Plan and execute events, activations, and exhibitions
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment
• Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
