Senior Manager Human Resources (HR) job is available in Karachi for a leading Manufacturing Company. An ideal candidate must have Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field along with 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in talent management, recruitment, training & development, and HR operations.

Senior Manager  Human Resources (HR) job role is to lead and manage overall HR functions, ensure effective implementation of HR policies and practices, support organizational goals through strategic workforce planning, and maintain smooth HR operations by managing teams, processes, and stakeholder coordination.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement all recruitment and training activities through HR staff to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Lead and supervise HR team members to ensure timely delivery of recruitment, training, and talent initiatives.
  • Oversee talent acquisition and talent management processes in line with business requirements.
  • Review and evaluate HR policies and procedures periodically and recommend improvements.
  • Establish, manage, and maintain effective relationships with HR vendors and training partners to ensure service quality and mutual satisfaction.
  • Ensure all job descriptions and competency dictionaries are regularly updated in coordination with HR staff and department heads.
  • Lead and present training, talent management, and acquisition plans in management forums and review meetings.
  • Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the performance management system, including:
    Performance Development Plans (PDPs)
    Employee Development Plans (EDPs)
  • Oversee internal and external training programs covering management, technical, behavioral, and health & safety areas.
  • Develop HR strategies and workforce plans aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor HR metrics and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Support organizational development and change management initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Strong stakeholder management across operations, client teams, and executive leadership.
  • Expertise in high-volume talent acquisition, workforce planning, and retention strategy.
  • Proficient in people analytics, data-driven decision-making, and HR metrics reporting.
  • High agility and resilience in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
  • Skilled in training design, facilitation, and driving organizational influence through learning initiatives.
