Image Correction Operator / Photo Technician job is available in Karachi for a leading Media/Publishing group. An ideal candidate must have bachelors’s degree along with 2–3 years of relevant experience in image correction, photo editing, or pre-press operations.

Image Correction Operator / Photo Technician job role is to perform image editing, color correction, photo enhancement, and preparation of print-ready artwork for newspaper and publishing operations while ensuring high-quality output within deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform image correction, color balancing, retouching, and photo enhancement.
• Edit and prepare images for print and digital publishing.
• Ensure image quality and accuracy before final printing.
• Operate and manage pre-press workflows efficiently.
• Create and modify layouts using publishing software.
• Coordinate with editorial, design, and printing teams for timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain consistency of image standards and print quality.
• Handle file formatting, resizing, and resolution adjustments as per production requirements.
• Ensure all artwork and images are properly archived and managed.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to image processing and printing files.
