An ideal candidate must have Bachelor’s degree along with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in designing typographically strong headlines, working with editorial teams, and using tools like InPage and Adobe Creative Suite for both print and digital platforms.

Headline Designer job role is to create visually compelling, brand-consistent headlines for print and digital media by applying strong typographic and layout principles while collaborating closely with editorial teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design impactful headlines that align with brand tone and editorial goals.
• Collaborate with editors to ensure visual and textual harmony.
• Apply advanced typographic principles, layout composition, spacing, and color theory.
• Ensure design consistency and clarity across all formats.
• Adapt headlines for various media platforms, including print, web, and mobile.
• Respond constructively to editorial feedback and make timely revisions.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts.

Skills:

• Proficiency in InPage and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong command of typography, layout, and color usage.
