Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to ensure the attraction of top talent.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate HR policies.
- Manage performance appraisal processes, succession planning, and career development programs.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary procedures with professionalism.
- Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to implement and localize corporate HR programs.
- Lead compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, promoting skill development and effectiveness.
