Country HR Manager

Country HR Manager job is available in Karachi for a leading Multinational Corporation. An ideal candidate must have Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in HR  along with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in HR management, including leadership roles in multinational organizations, with expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives.

Country HR Manager job role is to oversee and manage all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance with labor laws, performance management, and strategic HR planning, to align with the organization’s business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to ensure the attraction of top talent.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate HR policies.
• Manage performance appraisal processes, succession planning, and career development programs.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary procedures with professionalism.
• Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to implement and localize corporate HR programs.
• Lead compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, promoting skill development and effectiveness.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
