Store Technician

Store Technician  job is available to be based in Islamabad.  The ideal candidate should have a Diploma/relevant technical qualification along with 2–3 years of experience in equipment stores or technical support.

Store Technician will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of ENG equipment (cameras, mics, tripods & accessories), tracking its location, usage & maintenance, inspecting/servicing and coordinating repairs. Handles issuance/return to cameramen/reporters & production teams with proper logs, ensures secure storage & safety compliance, and provides technical handling & troubleshooting support to ensure smooth news gathering and broadcast operations.

Requirements: 

• Diploma / relevant technical qualification preferred with 2-3 years of experience in equipment store / technical support, preferably in media industry
• Good knowledge of ENG equipment handling, maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Hardworking, organized, detail oriented, responsible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced news environment
• Good communication and coordination skills
