Rigger – Tower & Installation

Rigger – Tower & Installation job is available across South Region for a leading telecommunication company. The ideal candidate should have Matric/Intermediate along with 2-3 years of relevant experience in telecom tower installation, rigging, and work-at-height activities.

Rigger – Tower & Installation will be responsible for tower climbing, antenna and Microwave installation, rigging and material lifting, cable routing, and ensuring proper PPE and HSE compliance during all tower activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Tower Activities, Antenna/MW Installation, Rigging at Height.
• Perform tower climbing and work-at-height activities.
• Install antennas, MW equipment, feeders, brackets, and related accessories.
• Perform rigging, material lifting, and positioning activities.
• Support antenna and MW installation, alignment, and cable routing.
• Conduct tower-related installation activities according to approved procedures.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with HSE and work-at-height requirements.
• Maintain safe working practices during all tower and rigging activities.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in telecom tower installation and rigging.
• Hands-on experience in tower climbing and work at height.
• Experience with antenna and MW installation will be preferred.
• Knowledge of proper rigging and material-lifting practices.
• Physically fit and capable of working at height.
• Strong commitment to safety and PPE compliance.
• Willingness to work at different project sites.

Locations: Locations: South region; Faisalabad, Sargodha, Rahim Yar Khan, Toba, Layyah, Multan, and Baluchistan.
