An ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field along with 1–2 years of experience in content research, social media monitoring, digital journalism, content writing, or digital media operations.

Content Development & Researcher  job role is to conduct content research, monitor digital and social media trends, prepare research reports, and support content development for news, entertainment, websites, and social media platforms while ensuring timely and high-quality output.

Job Responsibilities:

•  Conduct online research for news, digital content, social media campaigns, entertainment projects, and special assignments.
• Observe and identify relevant social media trends, viral topics, hashtags, audience reactions, and current digital discussions.
• Prepare well-structured research reports, summaries, backgrounders, briefing notes, and content reference documents.
• Develop research-based content ideas and assist teams in content planning and development
• Gather and organize relevant videos, memes, screenshots, social posts, reactions, and reference material for editorial and creative use.
• Support editorial, production, and social media teams with factual research, references, and content support material.
• Monitor competitors’ content strategies, audience engagement patterns, and digital publishing activities.
• Research regional and international digital content trends relevant to Pakistani and diaspora audiences.
• Maintain organized archives of research material, trend references, and digital content resources.
• Support urgent assignments and fast-turnaround research requirements professionally and within strict deadlines
