Mixing Operator

Mixing Operator job is available in Lahore for a leading Manufacturing company. An ideal candidate should hold a DAE in Food Science along with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in mixing operations, maintenance and troubleshooting covering both horizontal and vertical mixers.

Mixing Operator job role is to operate and monitor mixing machines, ensure accurate ingredient batching, maintain product quality and consistency, perform basic machine troubleshooting, and follow GMP, GHP, and health & safety standards during the production process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate horizontal and vertical mixing machines according to production requirements.
• Accurately measure and mix ingredients as per batch specifications.
• Monitor the mixing process to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain production records and follow standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, and Health & Safety standards.

Skills:

• Knowledge of grinding and mixing operations in food production.
