Shift In-Charge – OPP/CPP Metalizer job is available in Karachi for a leading Manufacturing Company. An ideal candidate must have B.Tech degree along with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in operating and managing metallization processes, specifically handling OPP/CPP Metalizer machines, ensuring quality control, and supervising production shifts in a manufacturing environment. The candidate should also have at least 3 years of experience in running independent shifts in a manufacturing environment.

Shift In-Charge – OPP/CPP Metalizer job role is to oversee and manage the metallization process, ensure smooth production operations, maintain quality standards, supervise shift activities, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure compliance with safety and efficiency protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations of both Metallizer K4000 and K5000-2.
• Manage internal material handling through different process stages.
• Ensure quality control measures for each process.
• Conduct regular equipment cleaning and maintenance.
• Organize and track materials throughout the process.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Operate overhead cranes, trolleys, and Shaft Inserter.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure 5S sustainability.
