HRMS, data digitalization, payroll, employee self-service
K
KW&SB having a workforce of more than 12,000 employees across Sindh (Pakistan) took an initiative to automate its core Payroll and HR processes, and align its environment with universal best practices. With the help of HTA HR & Payroll software, KW&SB moved to a comprehensive HRMS with all feature under one umbrella.
HRMS for improved transparency of process & people
The challenges that KW&SB wanted to tackle were related to having 80% of the workforce on field, high administrative cost and time, disconnected data on paper & computer, lack of transparency and accountability, difficulty in identifying high potentials and few other challenges.
In the beginning, HTA held discovery sessions with KW&SB and applied the findings to upgrade HR policies, and customize and deploy HRMS to minimize the challenges. For first year, HTA ran a parallel payroll on the new HRMS to smooth teething issues and migrate the data to the system.
HTA deployed web-based HRMS with Employee Self-Service mobile app (Android). Learn more: Modules in HTA HRMS.
