The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor&#8217;s \/ Master&#8217;s degree along with 2-3 years of HSE Data Analyst experience, preferably in FMCG, food manufacturing, logistics, or industrial operations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HSE Data Analyst<\/strong> will be responsible to maintain SHE databases, Power BI dashboards, HSE reporting, compliance tracking and audit support.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and maintain SHE databases, dashboards, and reporting systems.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and automate SHE KPI dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and other digital tools.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze incident, near-miss, audit, training, and compliance data to identify trends and insights.<\/li>\n<li>Track SHE action closures, governance actions, and regulatory compliance requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Support incident investigations through data analysis and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain SHE records, legal registers, permits, inspections, and audit documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual SHE performance reports.<\/li>\n<li>Support digitalization initiatives and continuous improvement projects within SHE.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate SHE training records and competency tracking.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting to site and regional stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Support contractor safety, environmental reporting, and sustainability data management.<\/li>\n<li>Assist during audits, risk assessments, emergency preparedness reviews, and governance meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing decks for management meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Dashboards, VBA preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Power BI dashboard development and data visualization.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of incident investigation methodologies and root cause analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of HSE KPIs and performance metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Data management and reporting accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apply at\u00a0 <strong>resume@hasnain.biz\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kindly mention the job title <strong>HSE Data Analyst<\/strong> in the email<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1029,"featured_media":7292,"template":"","meta":{"_job_location":"Lahore","_application":"resume@hasnain.biz","_company_name":"Hasnain Tanweer Associates","_company_website":"https:\/\/hasnain.net\/","_company_tagline":"Inspire.
