The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor\u2019s degree along with 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR\/site supervision, preferably in a factory or manufacturing environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Supervisor<\/strong> will be responsible for manpower deployment, attendance, shift scheduling, payroll inputs, employee records, labor compliance, employee relations, and coordination with site management to ensure smooth workforce and factory operations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage daily attendance, shift schedules, manpower deployment, and workforce allocation.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor employee punctuality, working hours, leaves, and overtime to ensure compliance with company and client requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate headcount, man-hours, attendance, OT, and employee records and submit reports on time.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely onboarding, documentation, medical screening, and deployment of employees.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise employees on the shop floor and ensure compliance with safety, PPE, LSR, Golden Behaviors, hygiene, and 5S requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor employee conduct and handle attendance, disciplinary, and workplace-related issues promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare accurate payroll data to ensure timely salary processing<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, EOBI, PESSI, working-hour, and overtime requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate employee transportation and ensure timely pick-and-drop according to shift schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain close coordination with the client and promptly address HR, manpower, compliance, safety, and operational concerns.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure uninterrupted manpower availability and timely replacement in case of absenteeism.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit required HR, manpower, attendance, OT, and compliance reports<\/li>\n<li>Support client audits, inspections, and performance evaluations and ensure timely corrective actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>2\u20134 years of relevant experience in HR\/site supervision, preferably in a factory, manufacturing, or manpower services environment.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of attendance, payroll, overtime, labor compliance, employee relations, and manpower management.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage employees and coordinate effectively with client\/site management.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apply at: <strong>resume@hasnain.biz \/ junaid@hasnain.biz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kindly mention the job title<strong> Supervisor<\/strong> \u00a0in the email<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1029,"featured_media":7225,"template":"","meta":{"_job_location":"Islamabad","_application":"resume@hasnain.biz","_company_name":"Hasnain Tanweer Associates","_company_website":"https:\/\/hasnain.net\/","_company_tagline":"Inspire.
