An ideal candidate should have a B.Com, BBA (Finance\/Accounting), or equivalent qualification with 2+ years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Oracle ERP and MS Excel is preferred.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accounts Assistant<\/strong> job role is to process invoices and payments, maintain salary and accounting records, support audits and reconciliations, and ensure accurate financial documentation and compliance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Record vendor, supplier, utility, medical, and other relevant invoices accurately in Oracle.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and process payment vouchers for vendors and suppliers in Oracle.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, maintain, and update salary records and related supporting documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the dispatch of salaries through the Post Office and ensure timely follow-up and record maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Senior Accounts Officer\/concerned supervisor in maintaining accounting and financial records.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the senior team member in providing and organizing relevant records and supporting documents during internal and external audits.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, payment vouchers, salary records, and other accounting documents.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that accounting records and entries are accurate, complete, and properly supported.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in routine accounting, reconciliation, documentation, and administrative activities as required.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting tasks and follow up on outstanding matters.<\/li>\n<li>Strictly adhere to company policies, procedures, internal controls, and accounting guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other accounts-related duties and responsibilities assigned by the senior\/management from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Com, BBA (Finance\/Accounting), or equivalent qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.<\/li>\n<li>Practical experience in invoice processing, payment vouchers, salary records, and accounting documentation will be preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Oracle ERP\/accounting software will be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational, coordination, communication, and record-keeping skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in financial records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accounts Payable &amp; Invoice Processing<\/li>\n<li>Payment Voucher Preparation<\/li>\n<li>Salary Record Maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Oracle ERP<\/li>\n<li>Financial Documentation &amp; Record Keeping<\/li>\n<li>Audit Support<\/li>\n<li>MS Excel &amp; MS Office<\/li>\n<li>Attention to Detail<\/li>\n<li>Coordination &amp; Follow-up<\/li>\n<li>Compliance with Company Policies &amp; Procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apply at\u00a0<strong>junaid@hasnain.biz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kindly mention the job title <strong>Accounts Assistant<\/strong> in the email<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1029,"featured_media":7157,"template":"","meta":{"_job_location":"Karachi","_application":"junaid@hasnain.biz","_company_name":"Hasnain Tanweer Associates","_company_website":"https:\/\/hasnain.net\/","_company_tagline":"Inspire.
