An ideal candidate should have a Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in a relevant field with 5 to 8 years of security management experience, preferably in FMCG, food manufacturing, logistics, or industrial operations. Preference will be given to retired Army, Rangers, Military Police, or Law Enforcement professionals with relevant security and investigation experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Security Manager<\/strong> job role is to develop and implement security policies, conduct risk and threat assessments, manage CCTV, access control, perimeter security and security personnel, lead investigations and emergency response, oversee security contractors, protect company assets, coordinate with law enforcement, and drive security improvement and compliance across the site.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement site security policies, procedures, and risk mitigation plans.<\/li>\n<li>Manage physical security systems, including access control, CCTV, perimeter security, and guard force operations.<\/li>\n<li>Lead security incident investigations and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented.<\/li>\n<li>Lead Site Security Risk Assessments (SSRA), identify vulnerabilities, develop mitigation plans, and drive closure of action items.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain a robust action tracking system to monitor security improvement plans, audit findings, and risk assessment actions through to completion.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee contractor security performance and security service providers.<\/li>\n<li>Support crisis management, emergency response, and business continuity planning.<\/li>\n<li>Protect site assets, warehouses, and supply chain operations from theft, sabotage, fraud, and other security threats.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver security awareness training and promote a strong security culture across the site.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report security KPIs, audit results, risk assessments, and compliance performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and investigation capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>High integrity and accountability.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to influence teams and drive closure of actions.<\/li>\n<li>Capability to lead during emergencies and crisis situations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apply at <strong>muhammad.shahzaib@hasnain.biz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kindly mention the job title <strong>Security Manager (Lahore)<\/strong> in the email<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1029,"featured_media":7147,"template":"","meta":{"_job_location":"Lahore","_application":"muhammad.shahzaib@hasnain.biz","_company_name":"Hasnain Tanweer Associates","_company_website":"https:\/\/hasnain.net\/","_company_tagline":"Inspire.
