An ideal candidate must have Bachelor&#8217;s degree along with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in workforce management, employee attendance systems, shift planning, reporting, and coordination with HR and operations teams.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Workforce Administrator<\/strong> job role is to manage daily workforce operations, attendance tracking, and shift coordination.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Attendance &amp; Workforce Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor daily attendance (IN\/OUT) of employees.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all positions are filled as per operational requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with supervisors to manage workforce shortages or reallocations.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate attendance records and reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. Shift Coordination:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee workforce activities across morning, evening, and night shifts.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper shift handovers and continuity of operations.<\/li>\n<li>Assign workers to designated areas and ensure adherence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. Employee Monitoring &amp; Discipline:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure employees follow company policies, dress code, and behavior standards.<\/li>\n<li>Take action against absenteeism, late arrivals, and unauthorized breaks.<\/li>\n<li>Report violations to HR and management when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4. Operational Support:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure smooth workflow and productivity throughout the shift.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and resolve workforce-related issues in real time.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with departments like HR, Admin, and Operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>5. Reporting &amp; Documentation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare daily workforce reports (attendance, issues, productivity).<\/li>\n<li>Maintain proper documentation of incidents and escalations.<\/li>\n<li>Share updates with management and relevant departments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>6.
