An ideal candidate must have Master&#8217;s \/ Bachelor&#8217;s degree along with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in employee relations, labor law compliance, statutory contributions, and disciplinary procedures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Assistant Manager HR &#8211; Employee Relations<\/strong> job role is to manage employee relations matters, ensure statutory compliance, and oversee disciplinary processes in accordance with Pakistani labor laws.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Job Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>1. Statutory Compliance &amp; Benefits Administration:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the registration of new employees with the Employees&#8217; Old-Age Benefits Institution and the Sindh Employees&#8217; Social Security Institution, as applicable.<\/li>\n<li>Calculate monthly statutory contributions, prepare challans, and ensure timely submission to avoid penalties.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit EOBI pension cases for employees attaining 60 years of age, including complete documentation and follow-up until approval.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate employee claims for sickness, maternity, employment injury, and pension\/gratuity benefits.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain statutory records and ensure readiness for labor inspections and audits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. Disciplinary Management &amp; Labor Law Compliance:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure HR practices comply with relevant provincial labor laws and standing orders.<\/li>\n<li>Draft and issue Show-Cause Notices, Charge Sheets, Explanation Letters, and Warning Letters in accordance with legal requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct and facilitate Domestic Inquiries while ensuring due process and proper documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain disciplinary records to mitigate legal risk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of EOBI and SESSI procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Strong command over Pakistani Labor Laws.<\/li>\n<li>Experience handling EOBI pension cases.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).<\/li>\n<li>High level of confidentiality and documentation skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Apply at <strong>junaid@hasnain.biz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kindly mention the job title <strong>Assistant Manager HR &#8211; Employee Relations<\/strong> in the email<\/p>\n<p>Last date to apply is 20th March 2026<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":53,"featured_media":7047,"template":"","meta":{"_job_location":"Karachi","_application":"junaid@hasnain.biz","_company_name":"Hasnain Tanweer Associates","_company_website":"https:\/\/hasnain.net\/","_company_tagline":"Inspire.
