An ideal candidate must have Diploma \/ Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction, preferably construction sites, industrial facilities, or MEP-heavy projects. Valid HSE certification is a must.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HSE Resources<\/strong> job role is to ensure workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and risk prevention across all project activities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor compliance with local HSE legislation, company\u2019s standards, and project-specific safety requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain updated records of permits, inspections, safety audits, and compliance checklists.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to electrical safety, hot-work, LOTO (Lockout\/Tagout), confined space, and work-at-height regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Verify contractor compliance with method statements, risk assessments, and HSE plans.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain close and effective coordination with site\u2019s execution teams to stay updated about the upcoming activities \/ operations at site.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct daily\/weekly site visits, identifying hazards and non-conformances.<\/li>\n<li>Perform periodic HSE audits of subcontractors and report the findings.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor high-risk activities (work at height, hot work, energy isolation \/ electrical safety, rigging \/ lifting activities, traffic management, mobile equipment \/ machinery operations, UPS installation, battery rooms, HVAC, mechanical lifts, and white-space fit-outs).<\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing and reviewing Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Job Risk Assessments (JRA).<\/li>\n<li>Implement hazard control measures and ensure corrective actions are completed within the allocated timeline depending on the respective criticalities.<\/li>\n<li>Report incidents \/ near-misses and participate in their investigations and root-cause analysis and corrective actions plans.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure implementation of emergency response plans, fire safety protocols, and evacuation procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate emergency drills, including fire, medical and evacuation.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor energy isolation, equipment commissioning safety, and hazardous materials handling.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure toolbox talks, inductions, and refresher safety training is conducted by all contractors \/ subcontractors for their respective workforce.<\/li>\n<li>Promote a positive safety culture aligned with best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Support management in enforcing disciplinary actions for repeated non-compliances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication and observation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.<\/li>\n<li>Assertive but collaborative when dealing with contractors \/ subcontractors and management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Apply at <strong>imran@hasnain.biz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kindly mention the job title <strong>HSE Resources<\/strong> in the email<\/p>\n<p>Last date to apply is 30th December 2025.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":53,"featured_media":6952,"template":"","meta":{"_job_location":"Islamabad","_application":"imran@hasnain.biz","_company_name":"Hasnain Tanweer Associates","_company_website":"https:\/\/hasnain.net\/","_company_tagline":"Inspire.
