An ideal candidate must have Master&#8217;s \/ Bachelor&#8217;s degree along with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in handling export documentation, LC operations, banking coordination, and export-related treasury functions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Treasury Officer (Export Trade)<\/strong> job role is to manage and execute all export-related banking operations, including preparation, compilation, and submission of export documentation for LC, collection, open account, and advance payment transactions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure timely and accurate preparation and presentation of export documents (Foreign &amp; Local).<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Beneficiary Certificate, and Shipment Advice through Oracle Export Module.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Export Sales, Logistics, and Insurance companies for documentation, submission, and CIF policy arrangements.<\/li>\n<li>Review and verify LC drafts, share LCs\/amendments with Sales, update Oracle records, and maintain LC files.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and arrange compliance documents for banks (APV, PFI, FI request, etc.) and follow up for payment realization.<\/li>\n<li>Obtain Chamber of Commerce attestation and issue Certificates of Origin.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Receivables for voucher recording and with IT for Export Module updates.<\/li>\n<li>Record export-related bank charges and maintain advance payment utilization.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare BL formats, finalize BL drafts, and coordinate for Original Bill of Lading and release documents.<\/li>\n<li>Share courier details of bank-dispatched documents with Sales.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain export documentation records in Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Issue Export Performance Certificates for FPPCI awards.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare VI 2-B, EFS documents, and follow up with the bank until realization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent coordination and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail with strong documentation accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Strong command over MS Excel and documentation tools.<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving attitude with a focus on compliance and process improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Apply at <strong>vaneesa@hasnain.biz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kindly mention the job title <strong>Treasury Officer (Export Trade)<\/strong> in the email<\/p>\n<p>Last date to apply is 30th December 2025.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":53,"featured_media":6947,"template":"","meta":{"_job_location":"Karachi","_application":"vaneesa@hasnain.biz","_company_name":"Hasnain Tanweer Associates","_company_website":"https:\/\/hasnain.net\/","_company_tagline":"Inspire.
