An ideal candidate must have Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering along with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in industrial safety, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment. NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Safety Supervisor<\/strong> job role is to ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, investigating incidents, supervising the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and promoting a culture of health and safety within the organization.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise the contractual workforce to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance for their assigned tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct thorough risk assessments for various jobs and processes to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct detailed investigations of incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly inspect tools and equipment to ensure they are in safe working condition and meet regulatory standards.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out safety audits and inspections of work areas to identify non-compliance and areas for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and deliver safety training programs for the workforce to enhance their awareness and understanding of safety procedures and practices.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit regular reports on safety performance, compliance, and incidents to the HSE Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and participate in emergency response drills and activities to ensure preparedness for potential emergencies.<\/li>\n<li>Promote a culture of continuous improvement in safety practices by actively seeking feedback and implementing best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Safety Signage and Awareness<\/li>\n<li>Contractor Safety Management<\/li>\n<li>Communication and Team Coordination<\/li>\n<li>Workplace Safety Policy Enforcement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Apply at <strong>ahmed.babar@hasnain.biz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kindly mention the job title <strong>Safety Supervisor<\/strong> in the email<\/p>\n<p>Last date to apply is 30th July 2025<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":53,"featured_media":6761,"template":"","meta":{"_job_location":"Karachi","_application":"ahmed.babar@hasnain.biz","_company_name":"Hasnain Tanweer Associates","_company_website":"https:\/\/hasnain.net\/","_company_tagline":"Inspire.
