The ideal candidate must hold a BE or MSc degree in Environmental Sciences. Preferred certifications include NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015. The candidate should have 6 to 7 years of relevant HSE experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup, with a proven track record of implementing and maintaining HSE systems and programs across multiple sites.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deputy Manager HSE<\/strong> job role is to lead, implement, and continuously improve health, safety, and environmental systems across all operations, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, legal regulations, and international HSE best practices.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To lead HSE teams at all plants to ensure the implementation of HSE standards.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure, in accordance with the corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems.<\/li>\n<li>To develop, monitor and improve\/update HSE Management plans, policies and procedures in consultation with the concerned departments\/committee for implementation of the HSE standard.<\/li>\n<li>To carry out regular HSE risk analysis based on Hazard identification and Risk assessment program and analysis of accident \/ incident statistics, identifying trends to suggest the improvement plans.<\/li>\n<li>To monitor the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures to provide the updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives.<\/li>\n<li>To provide motivation and familiarization of all Company personnel for the respecting the importance of complying with Company system procedures and all Safety equipment provided and carry out any in-house safety training.<\/li>\n<li>To contribute in highlighting safety related engineering input into new projects and modification programs for safety standard.<\/li>\n<li>To provide Safety support and advice, including supervision on preparation of plans and procedures for initial contract start up activities.<\/li>\n<li>To prepare HSE operations budget for the company to develop and maintain business continuity plans, Emergency Response Procedures for different operations &amp; conduct drill.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong Leadership &amp; Team Management<\/li>\n<li>Effective Communication &amp; Interpersonal Skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem Solving &amp; Decision Making<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Apply at <strong>saba@hasnain.biz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kindly mention the job title <strong>Deputy Manager HSE<\/strong> in the email<\/p>\n<p>Last date to apply is 20th July 2025<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":53,"featured_media":6761,"template":"","meta":{"_job_location":"Karachi","_application":"saba@hasnain.biz","_company_name":"Hasnain Tanweer Associates","_company_website":"https:\/\/hasnain.net\/","_company_tagline":"Inspire.
