An ideal candidate must have Bachelor&#8217;s degree along with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in administrative supervision, workforce management, and compliance, preferably in an FMCG industry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Admin Supervisor<\/strong> job role is to oversee administrative operations, manage workforce and inventory, ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols, and engage in employee recognition and documentation processes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee shift gate management, ensuring smooth entry and exit of workers.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate and manage worker onboarding and joining formalities.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct physical verification of workers\u2019 attendance and track daily presence.<\/li>\n<li>Perform OT (Overtime) physical verification and approval.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and ensure proper leave submissions and documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Administer the issuance and management of shoes, uniforms, and lockers for workers.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the distribution of starter kits for new employees.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and manage inventory for required workforce tools and materials.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and ensure compliance with personal hygiene standards among workers.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular floor visits to ensure adherence to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and manage the Worker of the Month Award program to recognize top performers.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct Toolbox Talks to educate and engage workers on safety and operational updates.<\/li>\n<li>Collect and verify necessary documents from workers for compliance and record-keeping.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely provision of the required workforce in coordination with HR and Operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills for managing diverse teams.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in attendance tracking and inventory management systems.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as per operational requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Apply at <strong>resume@hasnain.biz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kindly mention the job title <strong>Admin Supervisor<\/strong> in the email<\/p>\n<p>Last date to apply is 30th December 2024.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":53,"featured_media":6353,"template":"","meta":{"_job_location":"Karachi","_application":"resume@hasnain.biz","_company_name":"Hasnain Tanweer Associates","_company_website":"https:\/\/hasnain.net\/","_company_tagline":"Inspire.
