An ideal candidate must have a Master&#8217;s degree in Finance along with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in financial management, reporting, budgeting, audit coordination, and ERP implementation, preferably within the manufacturing sector.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Manager Finance<\/strong> job role is to oversee financial reporting, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage budgeting and financial analysis, coordinate audits, and support strategic decision-making to enhance the company&#8217;s financial performance.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure timely preparation of financial reports in line with generally accepted accounting principles and statutory disclosure requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Review quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS and the Companies Ordinance, 1984.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze monthly financial statements, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as required.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal auditors for functional audits, ensure timely rectification of audit observations, and implement corrective measures.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate statutory audits and half-yearly reviews, ensuring adherence to approved timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor invoicing, receipts, debtor control, and related financial matters to ensure accuracy and timeliness.<\/li>\n<li>Exercise budgetary controls, prepare variance analysis, and report to the Management Committee on discrepancies with justifications.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the preparation of costing and inventory valuation statements, margin statements, and price lists.<\/li>\n<li>Review the Fixed Assets Register, monitor work-in-progress and capital job status, and oversee closure or disposal of jobs.<\/li>\n<li>Approve and monitor timely payments for supplies, services, and statutory dues, including income tax and sales tax.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with software developers and consultants to ensure timely implementation of Oracle\/ERP software solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Review monthly management reports and variance analyses prepared by the management accounts team.<\/li>\n<li>Act as an authorized signatory of the company for financial transactions and documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Chief Financial Officer and senior management in any additional duties as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with Oracle\/ERP systems.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Apply at\u00a0<strong>fahad@hasnain.biz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kindly mention the job title <strong>Manager Finance<\/strong> in the email<\/p>\n<p>Last date to apply is 15th December 2024<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":53,"featured_media":6329,"template":"","meta":{"_job_location":"Karachi","_application":"fahad@hasnain.biz","_company_name":"Hasnain Tanweer Associates","_company_website":"https:\/\/hasnain.net\/","_company_tagline":"Inspire.
