An ideal candidate should have Mechanical Engineering degree and maximum 2 years of experience, Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mechanical Engineer<\/strong> job role is to manage shift operations, ensure production targets are met, and maintain plant health and safety.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage shift staff and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee daily production plans, prioritizing tasks to meet production and quality targets efficiently. Make data-driven adjustments to the plan when necessary, ensuring justifications are documented.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor plant health and product quality, raise complains in ERP and record them, collaborating with other departments for timely resolutions while minimizing downtime.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to budgeted consumption and production targets set by superiors. Additionally, strive to minimize operational costs.<\/li>\n<li>Train and develop shift staff, ensuring they understand plant operations, company goals, policies, and guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Implement 5S and TPM principles to enhance efficiency, safety, employee morale, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
