An ideal candidate should have B.Tech\/ Bsc.\/ Msc. along with 5 to 6 years of work experience in on-time and quality production of films through effective and efficient planning of jobs, materials and machine during assigned shift.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shift Incharge &#8211; Film Line\/ Slitting\/ Metallizer <\/strong>job role is to ensure production of BOPP\/ CPP films with assigned shift team in cost effective ways to increase profitability.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure production of BOPP\/ CPP films with assigned shift team in cost effective ways to increase profitability; by increase machine efficiencies, Process waste reduction, Reduction of consumable items, man hours and energy Conservation.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for on-time and quality production, metallization and\/ or slitting of films through effective and efficient planning of jobs, materials and machine during assigned shift.<\/li>\n<li>Accountable for meeting the shift production and quality goals of film line and slitting whilst ensuring customer satisfaction both internally and externally.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with regards to the Safety, Health &amp; Environment (SHE) policy, 5s (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain), ISO, Quality standards, Co.\/Machine SOP\u2019s.<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other task as assigned by Line Manager or Manager Film Line.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Industry-specific experience is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Basic Machine Troubleshooting Skills &amp; Root Cause Analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of ISO Standards, Occupational Health and Safety.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office.<\/li>\n<li>Problem Solving.<\/li>\n<li>Time Management.<\/li>\n<li>Communication Skills, Customer Focus &amp; Cohesive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Apply at <a href=\"mailto:ahmed.babar@hasnain.biz\">ahmed.babar@hasnain.biz<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Kindly mention the job title <strong>Shift Incharge &#8211; Film Line\/ Slitting\/ Metallizer<\/strong> in the email<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":124,"featured_media":2372,"template":"","meta":{"_job_location":"Karachi, Pakistan","_application":"ahmed.babar@hasnain.biz","_company_name":"Hasnain Tanweer Associates","_company_website":"https:\/\/hasnain.net\/","_company_tagline":"Inspire.
