An ideal candidate should have MBA\/BBA in Accounts and Finance, or related field along with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in managing the invoicing and collections process for multiple geography with large scale organization.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Assistant Manager Accounts Receivable<\/strong> job role is to look after the entire receivables process for Pakistan and other group entities in South Asia, Middle East, and Africa, develop a process to identify clients that default on payment terms and ensure timely feedback to business heads \/ management for appropriate course of action.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job\u00a0 Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish policies and procedures across the Group for timely invoicing and collections process.<\/li>\n<li>Regular follow-ups with the customers \/ business heads \/ sales team to ensure timely invoicing and collections.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a process to identify clients that default on payment terms and ensure timely feedback to business heads \/ management for appropriate course of action.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the AR aging dashboard covering accounts receivable balance, bad debt provision, and days receivable outstanding.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure appropriate certificates related to Withholding tax, VAT etc., as deducted by the customers, are collected on time.<\/li>\n<li>Provide weekly updates on collections and balance accounts receivables position to Management.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the local teams (finance \/ business \/ operations) to ensure effective implementation of the entire invoicing and collections processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inter-personal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written skills.<\/li>\n<li>Invoicing and collection.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of MS Office (excel and power-point).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":53,"featured_media":1757,"template":"","meta":{"_job_location":"Karachi, Pakistan","_application":"fahad@hasnain.biz","_company_name":"Hasnain Tanweer Associates","_company_website":"https:\/\/hasnain.net\/","_company_tagline":"Inspire.
