Executive Sales & Marketing jobs are available in Karachi, Lahore, and Multan for a leading publicly listed manufacturing company. An ideal candidate must have an MBA/BBA degree with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in B2B and B2C sales.

Executive Sales & Marketing role is to oversee the sales and marketing activities and achieve Monthly/Annual/Product-wise Sales targets for the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure Market Mapping on a real-time basis
• To achieve Monthly/Annual/Product-wise Sales targets for the assigned territory
• To achieve the KPls/Objectives for this job
• To expand the customer base and retain existing customers
• Market research, Expansion in the Network, and finding other business opportunities
• Coordinate with support departments to ensure the best quality of service to customers.
• Documentation as per policies and procedures
• To provide demand forecasts after considering market situation/dynamics and trends and ensure accuracy
• Identify competitor’s stronghold customers and make and implement strategies to gain share from them
• Keeping close contact with Government, Semi Government & Private Organizations
• Carry out market surveys and analyses as and when required
• Follow up from Tender/Purchase up to delivery and its payment
