Officer Compliance and Audit

An Officer Compliance and Audit position is available in Karachi for a leading healthcare organization. The ideal candidate must be Part-Qualified CA / ICMA / ACCA / CIMA, or hold an MBA/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the Internal Audit or Compliance function of a reputable organization, preferably within the healthcare industry. This is a contract-based position.

Officer Compliance and Audit job role is to is to support the effective implementation of internal audit procedures, ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational compliance standards, identify control gaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal processes and promote a culture of integrity and accountability within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing internal audits across business functions.
• Identify control gaps and process weaknesses in existing systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement improvements.
• Support monitoring healthcare compliance and adherence to Roche’s policies and local regulations.
• Assist in preparing audit reports and following up on action plans.
• Enhance internal controls and promote a culture of compliance with the Compliance team.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good understanding of internal audit principles and compliance frameworks;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• SAP proficiency is preferred.
