MTO Supply Chain job is available in Karachi for a leading shipping and logistics company. Fresh graduates with MBA/BBA degrees in Supply Chain Management, and possess strong organizational and communication skills, are encouraged to apply.

MTO Supply Chain job role is to assist in managing and optimizing supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and transportation, while contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and ensuring seamless coordination across all departments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring the day-to-day operations of the supply chain processes.
• Verify that all necessary documents, such as bills of lading, invoices, and clearance documents, are complete and accurate before issuing delivery orders.
• Ensure that all delivery orders are properly logged and tracked in the company’s system.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports on supply chain activities and performance metrics.
• Assist customers at the counter with inquiries related to delivery orders, cargo status, and documentation requirements.
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding shipment details and delivery schedules.
• Prepare documentation, including but not limited to Invoicing, manifest filing, Job Files etc.
• Coordinate with the finance department to verify payments and release holds on delivery orders when applicable.
• Engage in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing operational performance and reducing costs.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
