IT Support Engineer job is available in Karachi for a leading management consultancy firm. An ideal candidate must have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 1-2 years of experience, and we also welcome freshers with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and PHP development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the procurement and inventory management of IT equipment and supplies.
  • Troubleshoot and support software applications such as Microsoft Office, email clients, and business-specific tools.
  • Develop and maintain HTML/CSS code for website layout and design.
  • Create and update dynamic web pages using PHP for front-end and back-end functionality.
  • Ensure data security and integrity by implementing and maintaining backup and antivirus solutions.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of IT support requests, resolutions, and system changes.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.



  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Strong understanding of HTML and CSS for web development.
  • Experience with PHP development for both front-end and back-end functionality.
  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and a passion for providing excellent service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
