An HR Generalist job is available in Karachi for a leading educational institute. An ideal candidate must have a Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in HR along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation, preferably within the education or service industry.
HR Generalist job role is to oversee and manage HR operations, including the recruitment process, onboarding, employee engagement, performance evaluation, and training initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Conduct employee onboarding and organize training and development initiatives.
- Provide support to employees regarding HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, and conflict resolution.
- Promote HR programs to ensure a productive, conflict-free workplace.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage tasks related to performance management and ensure the timely execution of performance reviews.
- Gather, track, and analyze data related to HR metrics, including time to hire, employee turnover rates, and performance metrics.
- Organize quarterly and annual performance evaluations.
- Maintain accurate employee records in both electronic and paper formats.
- Enhance employee satisfaction by resolving workplace issues, introducing new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
