Dispatch & Logistics Executive job is available in Karachi (Port Qasim) for a leading multinational manufacturing company. An ideal candidate must have a B.Tech / Bachelor’s / B.Com. degree with 4 to 8 years of proven experience in logistics, distribution, or related roles, with a strong track record of successful management.
Dispatch & Logistics Executive job role is to oversee and manage all aspects of logistics and distribution of Finished Goods (FG). This role involves meticulous planning, organizing, and coordinating the storage and distribution of FG to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality deliveries to customers while adhering to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and relevant standards.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the end-to-end logistics and distribution process for Finished Goods (FG).
- Plan, organize, and arrange the storage of FG in a manner that optimizes space and accessibility.
- Coordinate and schedule the efficient distribution of FG to customers and end-users.
- Monitor the movement of FG, including tracking shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, and compliance with shipping requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and schedule deliveries, optimizing routes and resources.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and quality deliveries to customers while maintaining a strong commitment to safety.
- Verify and reconcile orders to guarantee accuracy and completeness, addressing discrepancies promptly.
- Uphold company SOPs and adhere to applicable industry standards to maintain a high level of service quality.
- Maintain detailed records of all logistics and distribution activities, including order details, delivery schedules, and any issues encountered.
- Continuously assess and improve logistics and distribution processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency enhancements.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams, external vendors, and customers to facilitate seamless operations.
- Manage and supervise logistics and dispatch teams, providing leadership and guidance as needed.

- Proficiency in logistics and inventory management systems is highly desirable.
