Assistant Manager IT Security job is available in Karachi for a leading publicly listed manufacturing Company. An ideal candidate must have Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Computer science along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT security management, including policy development, risk assessment, incident response, and vulnerability monitoring.

Assistant Manager IT Security job role is to ensure the organization’s information systems are secure by developing and implementing security policies, managing risks, responding to security incidents, and educating employees on cybersecurity best practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures that protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the organization’s information assets.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate security threats.
• Respond to security incidents and ensure that the organization recovers quickly and effectively.
• Monitor the organization’s IT environment for security vulnerabilities.
• Educate employees about security best practices.
• Work with other departments to ensure that security is a top priority.
