HR Officer

HR Officer job is available in Karachi for a leading Freight Forwarding company. An ideal candidate must have Bachelor’s degree along with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

HR Officer job role is to manage recruitment processes, handle employee onboarding, maintain employee records, support daily HR operations, and assist in updating HR policies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing the recruitment pipeline.
• Executing the onboarding process for all new hires.
• Handling the complete employee lifecycle administration.
• Supporting day-to-day internal HR matters.
• Maintaining organized and confidential employee files.
• Assisting with the review and update of HR policies.
