HSE Officer job is available in Karachi for a leading Manufacturing Company. An ideal candidate must have DAE / Bachelors degree along with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in implementing HSE standards, conducting safety inspections, managing emergency response protocols, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and ISO standards. The candidate must hold relevant safety certifications including IOSH Managing Safely, HABC Fire Safety, and HABC First Aid, demonstrating strong knowledge in occupational health, fire prevention, and emergency response.

HSE Officer job role is to ensure the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across the facility by conducting risk assessments.

Job Responsibilities:

To represent HSE team at all plants to ensure the implementation of HSE standards.
To carry out on-site Hazard identification and Risk assessment to avoid any accident in future.
To report actively of all near misses, incidents and participating in conducting investigations for further reporting.
Conduct fire and evacuation drills as per emergency response plan to ensure timely inspection of fire extinguishers, fire hydrants and all firefighting arrangements
Provide the PPEs to employees and others at site and conduct toolbox talks in coordination with different departments to ensure the implementation of PPEs system.
Provide permit to work system on site for implementation of PTW system and report all unsafe acts and conditions and suggest suitable control measures.
To carry out any in-house/on-site safety training and routine HSE inspection/walk through of plant areas including inspection of contractors and sub-contractors for avoid any accident.
To ensure implementation of safety Pana flex, sign boards and HSE posters within the premises for safety purpose.
