Shift In-Charge – CPP Film Line job is available in Karachi for a leading manufacturing company. An ideal candidate must have B.Tech degree along with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in CPP film production, machine operation, shift management, and process optimization. The candidate should also have at least 3 years of experience in running independent shifts in a manufacturing environment.

Shift In-Charge – CPP Film Line job role is to oversee and manage CPP film production, ensure smooth shift operations, maintain quality standards, optimize machine performance, minimize wastage, and ensure compliance with safety and efficiency protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage CPP line operations as per the assigned duty roster, including training subordinates, monitoring daily targets, handling emergencies, and conducting performance reviews.
• Set up machine parameters according to production planning.
• Assign recipes and material requirements for film production.
• Monitor and minimize wastage.
• Control and optimize Variable Manufacturing Cost (VMC) and overtime.
• Report wastage, equipment (OEE), and manpower efficiency.
• Implement SHE policies and oversee material feeding activities at CPP Silos.
• Ensure 5S implementation on the production floor.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any quality or machine-related issues.
