Microbiologist

Microbiologist job is available in Lahore for a leading manufacturing company. An ideal candidate must have Master’s / Bachelor’s degree along with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in microbiological testing, quality assurance, and laboratory analysis within the manufacturing or industrial sector.

Microbiologist job role is to conduct microbiological testing, analyze samples, ensure quality control, monitor contamination, and maintain compliance with industry standards to support the safety and quality of products in the manufacturing process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Monitor and assess microbial contamination during the manufacturing process.
• Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with microbiological standards and company quality protocols.
• Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for microbiological practices.
• Investigate microbial contamination issues and recommend solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis for any quality deviations related to microbial factors.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on microbiological findings and quality assurance activities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, government regulations, and company policies related to microbiology.
• Assist in audits and inspections to demonstrate compliance with microbiological safety standards.

Skills:

• Hands-on experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing setup is preferred.
• Proficiency in handling laboratory tools and software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with production and quality assurance teams.
