Junior Manager Electrical & Instruments

Junior Manager Electrical & Instruments job is available in Lahore for a leading Manufacturing Company. An Ideal candidate must have Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering along with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in industrial electrical and instrumentation maintenance, troubleshooting, and project management.

Junior Manager Electrical & Instruments job role is to manage electrical and instrumentation systems, ensure compliance, and optimize maintenance and operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-house training sessions for staff to enhance technical and operational skills.
• Supervise and collaborate with contractors to ensure timely task completion.
• Ensure 100% compliance with measurement and monitoring protocols.
• Monitor project schedules, safety standards, work quality, and other project-related details.
• Develop electrical procedures to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant maintenance in adherence to QA manuals, company policies, procedures, and applicable standards.
• Inspect and oversee the installation of new electrical and instrumentation equipment.
• Conduct internal audits of electrical systems alongside external auditors.
• Supervise planned and breakdown maintenance, ensuring timely repair of all electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Oversee operations and maintenance of HT & LT panels, transformers, generators, and solar systems.
• Perform overhauling, maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of instruments such as level, flow, pressure, and temperature sensors.
• Review vendor quotations for electrical repairs and procurement of new materials/equipment.
• Minimize breakdowns through effective maintenance strategies and increase production line OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
• Utilize methodologies like Emergency Work Orders (EWO), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), MTTR, and MTBF to enhance system reliability.
• Manage budgets, including CAPEX and OPEX, and track expenditures.

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and instruments.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial electrical and instrumentation systems.
