Sales Executive job is available in Karachi for a leading IT Company. An ideal candidate must have Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration along with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in key account management, preferably in the smart home, construction solutions, or energy management industries.

Sales Executive job role is to develop and maintain key client relationships and expanding business opportunities.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, including high-value homeowners and corporate customers.
  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and agreements to secure new business.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by providing ongoing support and addressing client concerns promptly.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell company’s products and services to existing clients.
  • Identify and establish relationships with local contractors, real estate developers, and other potential channel partners.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on customer insights and market conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account statuses using the CRM system.
  • Report on account performance, including sales metrics, customer feedback, and areas for improvement, to the Sales Manager.

 

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
