Sales Executive

Sales Executive job is available in Karachi for a leading Shipping and Logistics Company. An ideal candidate must have Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing along with 2 to 3 years of relevant sales experience in freight forwarding or shipping and logistics industry.

Sales Executive job role is to promote and sell the company’s freight forwarding and logistics services, identify and engage potential clients, build strong customer relationships, and meet sales targets to drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for promoting and selling freight forwarding and logistics services to potential clients, driving revenue growth.
• Proactively identify and engage new clients, build and maintain strong relationships to understand their shipping requirements, and provide tailored logistics solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify business opportunities and enhance sales strategies.
• Prepare and present well-researched, competitive quotations and proposals to clients, demonstrating expertise in freight forwarding services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, track progress regularly, and report to management. Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for both individual and collective sales goals.

Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the shipping and logistics industry.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
