Technical Sales Officer job role is to provide technical expertise in solar energy systems to drive sales, provide exceptional customer support, and deliver customized solar solutions to clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the energy sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Provide technical support to clients regarding solar energy systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site assessments to determine client needs and system requirements.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the feasibility and customization of solutions.
• Prepare and manage sales contracts, proposals, and reports.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
