Treasury Officer job role is to coordinate with banks and internal departments to maintain efficient financial operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage all local payments to suppliers and government authorities, adhering to due dates.
- Record payments accurately in the Oracle financial system.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with suppliers regarding payments, remittances, and cheques.
- Process daily IBFT/RTGS and ensure proper recording in Oracle.
- Collaborate with banks on automated payment processing initiatives.
- Confirm customer deposits received from all company banks and inform the sales department.
- Coordinate and communicate with banks to manage authorized signatories for the company’s accounts.
- Handling vouchers and filing them properly for record purpose.
- Record monthly customer commissions and bank charges in Oracle.
- Prepare and distribute salaries for non-permanent staff.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during reviews and audits.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial software, such as Oracle.
