An ideal candidate must have MBA/BBA degree in Computer Science along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Blockchain developer working with EVM-based chains. Comprehensive understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).

Blockchain Developer job role is to develop, deploy, and maintain blockchain-based applications, ensuring their performance, and securing them against threats.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy smart contracts on EVM-based chains.
Design and implement dApps and integrate them with existing systems.
Collaborate with the product and design teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions.
Perform code reviews and ensure the security and efficiency of the blockchain code.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize blockchain applications.
Stay updated with the latest developments in the blockchain industry and the EVM ecosystem.
Provide technical support and guidance for other team members.
Develop and maintain dApps using web.js, ethers.js, or similar libraries.
Integrate Layer 2 scaling solutions (e.g., Polygon, Optimism) for efficient and scalable dApp functionality.
Implement secure coding practices and adhere to best practices in blockchain development to ensure the integrity and robustness of smart contracts.pen_spark.
Strong understanding of programming languages like Solidity, Rust, Python, or C++.
Experience in back-end development for building robust and scalable dApp backends.
Understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts and protocols.
