Supervisor HVAC

Supervisor HVAC job is available in Karachi for a leading Manufacturer Company. An ideal candidate must have B.tech degree or DAE Diploma in Mechanical along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC systems maintenance and operation.

Supervisor HVAC job role is to oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety rules are followed when performing operation and maintenance jobs during shutdowns and operations.
• Implement preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance programs for HVAC equipment.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and minimize downtime.
• Extensive knowledge of the practices, methods, materials, and equipment utilized in the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems.
• Possess a thorough understanding of HVAC equipment, including chillers, air compressors, air dryers, cooling towers, pumps, air handling units, cold room units, water chillers, hot water geysers, and BMS systems.
• Demonstrate knowledge of additional systems such as R.O, Ultrafiltration Plants, Chlorination Plants, and Wastewater Plants.
• Proficient in the operation and maintenance of pneumatic control systems.
• Ensures proper documentation of operations activities and log sheets maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, including LOTO and work permit procedures.
• Manage all Permit to Work System (environmental, health & safety) related to activities in the Power Plant.

Skills:

• Possess basic knowledge of MS Office & SAP.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures, including LOTO, work permits, fire safety, first aid, and hazard identification.
