Manager Finance

Manager Finance job is available in Karachi for a leading Educational Institute. An ideal candidate must be ACCA or CA qualified along with 3 to 5 years of post qualification experience in finance, accounting and strategic cost management.

Manager Finance job role is to oversee financial management of the institution, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the institution’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Manage cash flow and ensure the timely payment of bills.
• Prepare and submit financial reports to senior management and external stakeholders.
• Conduct financial analyses and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
• Supervise and mentor a team of finance staff.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in financial modelling and reporting software for e.g., MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
