Finance Executive

Finance Executive job is available in Karachi and Islamabad for a leading Telecommunication company. An ideal candidate must have Bachelor’s degree along with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, data analysis, (STO) evaluation and approval processes.

Finance Executive job role is to ensure the efficient allocation and utilization of resources while maintaining accurate records and facilitating communication between various stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess Stock Transport Orders (STOs) in alignment with organizational objectives and financial guidelines, considering factors like Plant, WBSE, and Cost Center.
• Keep accurate records for the zone, covering STOs issued, budget allocation, release status, store issuance, and consumption to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Identify financial discrepancies and report them promptly to the Zonal Manager Finance for resolution and corrective action.
• Ensure funds are available before STO release, maintaining compliance with budgetary constraints.
• Provide recommendations to the Senior Manager Zonal Finance for timely STO releases, considering comprehensive evaluation and budget factors.
• Facilitate timely evaluation and processing of STOs to maintain smooth operations and minimize supply chain disruptions.
• Verify budget allocations and utilization using SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
• Regularly reconcile STOs with released budgets, identifying variances and addressing them promptly.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of manual STO records, maintaining meticulous documentation for audit and reference purposes.
