Operations Executive

Operations Executive job is available in Karachi for a leading Shipping and Logistics company. An ideal candidate must have MBA/BBA degree along with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations in the shipping/Logistics industry.

Operations Executive job role is to maintain accurate records of purchased products, oversee deliveries, and uphold compliance with safety standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
• Assist with inventory forecasting and planning.
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the store room.

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in data entry and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
